Colombian Independence Day

Celebrating a nation's indepedence the right way is a very challenging undertaking. Using Pandoras Box products, the Colombian bi-centennial independence anniversary celebration was able to amaze and inspire thousands of proud Colombians.

On July 20, 2010, the city of Bogotá, Colombia, celebrated 200 years of freedom – and DWP Live was there to make sure that the quality of the multimedia presentations did justice to this unique moment in Colombian history.

More than 30,000 people packed the Plaza de Bolívar to see a video display more than 350 feet long.

DWP Live spent 6 days on-site with set-up including all projection and servers. Six Pandora’s Box Servers were used for this unique event. The project was initiated by Sonic Design. The beautiful animation and mapping content were provided by a local company in Colombia.
